Telegram's Latest Sticker Editor Feature – Here's What You Need To Know

Telegram , the WhatsApp competitor, has introduced a new Sticker Editor feature for its users, allowing them to effortlessly create personalized stickers and entire sticker sets directly within the Telegram app.

Here's how to make a sticker on Telegram:

-Within the editor, users can enhance any photo by adding text, drawings, animated stickers, emojis, and GIFs.

-Users can trim objects, remove backgrounds, manually erase or restore specific parts of the photo, and apply outlines to achieve a traditional sticker appearance—all with a single tap.
-To begin making stickers, open the sticker panel from your input field in any chat, then tap the inviting (+) button.
-Users can create sticker sets for friends to reuse in their chats or add stickers to existing sets. They can also add existing stickers to custom sets, bringing favourites together in one pack or creating themed collections.

Additionally, the company has announced that it will soon unveil 16 new features coming to Telegram.

In a related news, Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has openly criticised Apple for its move to remove the messaging app from the App Store in China. Recently, Apple confirmed that it had removed several apps, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Threads, and Signal, from its China App Store following demands from the Chinese government, citing "national security" concerns.

In a message on his public Telegram channel, Durov claimed that the true focus of China's crackdown was Apple itself, rather than specifically targeting Telegram or the other removed apps. "Last week, China forced Apple to remove apps such as Telegram from its Chinese App Store. We haven't seen any decrease in downloads coming from China - and I don't think Telegram was the main target of this change," Durov stated.
