16-year-old girl gang-raped, 5 held

DURGAPUR: Four men and a woman were arrested for the gang rape of a 16-year-old girl during Holi celebrations on Thursday at Durgapur 's Anan- dapur. The girl's mother lodged a complaint with Coke Oven police station, accusing her neighbour Dipankar Dutta and five others of raping her.


All the accused were drunk, she added.

ADCP Durgapur Abhisek Modi visited the spot on Friday.
