232 cases of unfair means registered in Haryana boards

CHANDIGARH: A total of 232 cases of unfair means was registered across the state during the History and Biotechnology exam of senior secondary (Academic, Re-Appearance and Open School) of Board of School Education, Haryana, which was held on Thursday.


Due to the negligence of duty, three supervisors were also relieved from duty in the state.



Board spokesman said on Friday that the examination centres of district Bhiwani were inspected by the flying squad of the Chairman of the Board, where two cases of using unfair means was caught. Similarly, the flying squad of the Board Secretary inspected the examination centres at Bawani Khera , Kungar, Pur and Mundhal of district Bhiwani, where a case of using unfair means was caught.

He said that the special flying squad of Board Chairman caught 27 cases of using unfair means in the examination centres of districts Bhiwani, Faridabad , Fatehabad, Hisar, Karnal , Sirsa, Sonipat, Yamunanagar and Nuh. Similarly, the special flying squad of Board Secretary caught 8 cases of using unfair means in examination centres of districts of Faridabad, Gurugram, Hisar, Jind and Charkhi Dadri . He said that the Rapid Action Force has caught 12 cases and the other flying squads have caught 182 cases of using unfair means.

The spokesman said that written communication has been sent to the Education Department to initiate disciplinary action against the supervisors who have been relieved from duty for negligence during the ongoing annual examination of March-2019 across the state.
