26 TTD properties in Tamil Nadu to be disposed off for Rs 1.54 crore upset value

TIRUPATI: Following the resolution of the TTD trust board to dispose off unviable properties spread across the country vide resolution passed in February this year, TTD estate officer V Devedra Reddy has constituted two teams of TTD officials to first alienate 26 odd properties in the state of Tamil Nadu immediately.




Various properties including house sites, house buildings, agricultural lands etc, donated to Lord Venkateswara by the Tamil Nadu devotees over the years will now be disposed off by the TTD through public auction.

These properties are spread across various districts of Tamil Nadu at Kanchipuram, Vellore, Tiruvallur, Trichy, Tiruvannamalai, Dharmapuri, Kanchipuram and Villupuram districts.

The total upset value of the 26 odd TTD properties listed under 23 serial numbers is Rs. 1,54,11,256.

TTD has now constituted two teams to dispose off the listed temple lands and immovable assets in the state of Tamil Nadu through public auction.

TTD personnel in the team - A include AEO (revenue) S Udaya Bhaskar Reddy, senior assistant (revenue) P Muneedra, TTD surveyor P Mohan Rao and M Balaji who works as chainman in TTD's properties cell.

TTD personnel in team - B include G Gowri Sankara Rao - Tahsildar at properties cell, senior assistant (properties cell) Y Subba Rayudu, Surveyor P Harinath and E Guravaiah who works as chainman in TTD's properties cell.

These two teams were fixed up the responsibility to conduct public auction of the listed TTD properties in TN, finalization of successful bidders, registration of documents in favour of successful bidders and remittance of the sale proceeds to TTD account.
