9000 active cases of corona in Jharkhand

The corona epidemic in Jharkhand is creating a furore. So far, active cases of Covid-19 in the state have been around 9 thousand, and 161 patients have died. A total of 415 new patients were found in Jharkhand on Tuesday, six patients died. On Tuesday, 383 patients have recovered well. Among the patients who died, four of Jamshedpur and 1-1 patients of Latehar and Ranchi were included.

Apart from the two former ministers in Ranchi Jail, 16 other prisoners and jail personnel have also been found to be suffering from Corona. So far, reports of 32 prisoners and 22 security personnel have received positive reports. Also, reports of 250 people are yet to come. Technicians of three microbiology departments in the rims of Ranchi have also been infected. The corona test of 7 members of a family living close to Maharana Pratap Chowk of Namkum in Ranchi has come out positive.

The total number of corona patients in Jharkhand has reached 14086. There are 5,953 tests on Tuesday. Till now, Covid-19 test of 3,45,907 people has been done in the state. Now the number of active patients in the state has been 8,726. So far 5,199 patients have beaten the corona in the state. Former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi has gone into isolation after a security guard posted at his residence was found positive. City SP R Ramkumar of Dhanbad has also suffered from Corona. Similarly, corona infection has been found in two bodyguards and two fourth class employees posted in the jail IG office in Dhurwa, Ranchi.
