According to the Meteorological Department! there may be heavy rains in these states in the next 24 hours.

The Indian Meteorological Department estimates that there may be heavy rains in Delhi and surrounding areas in the next few hours. The Meteorological Department has predicted rains in many places including Jhajjar, Rohtak, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura, Karnal, East Delhi, Rewari, Hastinapur in 24 hours. Thunderstorms will occur over Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh.

Heavy rainfall is expected between 10 to 12 August in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and 10 to 14 August in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Rainfall is forecast in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, North Punjab, Western Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and coastal parts of Kerala.

Talking of Haryana, heavy rain is forecast for two days on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Meteorological Department has issued Orange Alert of heavy rain in three districts Panchkula, Ambala, and Yamunanagar on Tuesday and 15 districts on Wednesday. The rainy season will continue till August 14.
