Actor seen drinking and acting in this famous reality show, demands of FIR aroused

Demand has been made to FIR in the district court of Shivpuri against an episode of Kapil Sharma show which runs on Sony TV. The petition alleges that in one episode some of the stars of the show are seen acting openly on stage drinking alcohol, while the bottle says "Drinking alcohol is harmful to health."

Shivpuri's advocate, who made the same complaint, has filed an FIR application in the CJM court.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for October 1. The advocate said Kapil Sharma's show aired on Sony TV is very sloppy. Girls are also made obscene comments on the show. In one show, a court was set up on the stage and the stars drank in public on the stage. This law is contempt of court. So, I have demanded in the court to register FIR against the offenders under Section 356/3, thereby banning the display of such silliness.

The same petition mentions the episode of January 19, 2020, which was repeated on April 24, 2021. The advocate claims that the show says that a character has been shown acting under the influence of alcohol by forming a court set there. This has humiliated the court.
