Tarn Taran: There has been a report of a strong explosion in Tarn Taran district of Punjab late on Wednesday night. Two people have lost their lives in this blast. However, the cause of the blast has not been known yet. Also, the death of those who have died has not been identified yet. As soon as the news of the blast was received, the police and administration reached the spot and started investigating the incident.

Gurdaspur blast: Death toll rises to 23, CM Amarinder announced compensation

Police are trying to find out what was the nature of the blast and what caused the blast. It is noteworthy that on Wednesday, there was a sharp explosion in a fireworks factory in Batala, Punjab. After this blast, the entire factory was razed. So far 23 people have been confirmed dead in this incident. Also, 27 people are said to be injured.
