Barwani records 300% rise in Covid +ve cases

INDORE: Barwani district has registered 300% rise in Covid positive cases in less than a month. On Monday, 27 new cases were reported taking the tally to 401.

The district had 116 cases till June 30 and by July 27, the tally of total positive patients has reached 401.

As per Indore division bulletin, Khargone reported 20 new cases while Khandwa district reported 12 new cases.

With this, the total number of positive cases so far reported in Khargone as reached 666 including 17 deaths and in Khandwa, 582 including 19 deaths. Tribal-dominated Alirajpur district reported 10 new cases while Jhabua district witnessed one case. Burhanpur and Dhar districts reported five and six new cases, respectively.
