Big step of Yogi government, announces the block chief of Mirzapur as land mafia

Lucknow: The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to declare the head of Halia block in Mirzapur district as a land mafia. According to the information received, this order has been issued on receipt of serious complaints of illegal possession of land already done by Halia block chief Suresh Dubey.

Additional Chief Secretary Revenue Renuka Kumar has directed the DM of Mirzapur to take action in this matter.

Mirzapur block chief has been accused of doing a lot of scams in MNREGA, Swachh Bharat Mission and ration distribution. Due to these allegations, the Additional Chief Secretary has requested action by conducting a detailed investigation in this case. So that the Sonbhadra incident does not happen again in Uttar Pradesh. Please note that Suresh Dubey has been the head of Gram Panchayat Ganjariya for almost 20 years in the past.

He is accused of illegally acquiring around 280 acres of land and selling the majority of it to traders and people from neighbouring states. Many times a complaint has been received against him that his family members have about 250 leases. With this, he has given more than 50 acres of land to his driver.
