Remember Jasleen Matharu?

It's rather difficult to forget the ex-Bigg Boss contestant, who had claimed on the reality show of dating her guru, Bhajan singer Anup Jalota, which later turned out to be a prank played by her.

In the latest development, she has marked her debut on TV. In fact, she has already appeared in three episodes of Vish.

Vish, which airs on Colors, has Vishal Vashishtha as Aditya Veer Kothari, Sana Makbul Khan as Dr. Aliya Sanyal, and Debina Bonnerjee as the main antagonist, Vishaili/Sabrina.

Jasleen will be playing the role of a jalpari (water mermaid) named Jalakshini, who will apparently wreak havoc in Aditya and Aliya's lives, on Sabrina's instructions.

Her first appearance on the show was on August 26, Monday.

Confirming the same, Jasleen had earlier told an entertainment portal, "Yes, I'm doing the show and will start shooting for it soon. Though I cannot reveal my character details yet, I can only say that it's a very special and interesting character."

She also took to Instagram to share her excitement, and said, "Dont forget to watch me in "VISH" on COLORSTV."

The 29-year-old also shared a couple of photos with Debina, and captioned it as, "Sabrina and Jalakshini...Uff!!! Kuch toh gadbad hogi ab (Something wrong will happen now)." Her recent posts on the photo and video sharing app are all about her appearances on the show.

Apart from being linked to Jalota, she was also rumored to be dating her co-contestant, Shivashish Mishra, but those were soon debunked.

After she got evicted, she was often seen partying with her Bigg Boss inmates.

To note, 'Vish' is not Jasleen's acting debut however

It needs to be noted here that this, however, isn't her acting debut.

Earlier in 2013, she was seen in a seductive character in her father, Kesar Matharu's movie, The Dirty Relation, which had Sanjay Chauhan, and Kanwaljeet Matharu in other pivotal roles.

Jasleen also featured in Love Day, sung by her; the video was directed by Kesar, and produced by Kukku films.
