Bigg Boss 12 fame Saba Khan visits orphanage on her birthday; says 'I wanted to do something special'

Bigg Boss 12 fame Saba Khan rang in her birthday yesterday (April 8) with her close friends away from home for the first time. To make her birthday even special, Saba decided to do something different.

The BB12 contestant, who has just shifted base to Mumbai with sister Somi, visited an orphanage and old-age home in the city to celebrate her birthday.

Speaking to TimesofIndia.com Saba said, “It was a wonderful experience. They showered us with so much love and affection. Made new friends and met the lovely kids at the orphanage. Staying away from home, I wanted to spend the day differently. Hence Somi and I visited the old-age home and orphanage.”

She also said, “I wanted to contribute something and donated food items and dental care items. Somi and I met and spoke to everyone individually. They shared their stories and later I also cut a cake with them.”

Srishty Rode, Rohit Suchanti, Roshmi Banik and a few other friends of Saba had surprised the birthday girl with cakes at midnight. Later in the day, Saba got to spend her birthday at Karanvir and Teejay’s house. Saba was excited to meet the twins – Bella and Vienna. Saba concluded saying, “It has been an overwhelming experience from me.”
