Bihar: Motihari youth uses knife to carve PM Narendra Modi's name on his chest

Motihari: It seems the love for Prime Minister Modi is turning into a madness. On the day the people gave Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) a massive mandate for second time, a youth in Motihari district of Bihar carved Prime Minister Narendra's Modi's name on his chest. And yes it was not a tatto. The youth used a knife for the purpose.

The youth has been identified as Sonu Patel, a resident of Turkaulia in Motihari district.  According to a report in Dailyhunt, there was a massive gathering of local residents when the youth performed the act.

The youth started distributing the sweets in his locality when early trends started to show a massive lead for BJP during the counting of votes for 2019 Lok Sabha election results.

However, he did not find it enough to celebrate the occasion and later carved PM Modi's name on his chest using a knife as blood oozed out of his body.

"Narendra Modi is the future of India. When Modi is ready to sacrifice himself for the country, I am ready to sacrifice my life for him. Modi is god for me," Patel is quoted in the media as saying.

The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has won over 350 seats in Lok Sabha, while Congress barely managed 52, eight seats more than its 2014 tally.

It was last time in 1984, when a party received back-to-back majorities when Congress won more than 400 seats in an election held after the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassination.
