BJP sets up panel to probe dalit's death

NEW DELHI: BJP has set up a panel of three MPs to inquire into the death of a dalit man, who was thrashed and allegedly forced to drink urine in Punjab’s Sangrur district .


BJP vice-president and RS member Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Baghpat MP and former Union minister Satyapal Singh , and Jharkhand MP V D Ram will be in the panel.

Sahasrabuddhe said the panel will visit Sangrur on Saturday and meet the family of the victim.
