Burglar duo arrested by Vizianagaram police

Visakhapatnam: The Vizianagaram police nabbed two ‘wanted’ burglars at Kandi Valasa Gedda near Pusapatirega on Sunday. The burglar duo has been identified as U Suryanarayana Prakash and U Murali.

According to reports, the burglars operated in the three districts on north Andhra and East Godavari.

Two police teams, one led by Vizianagaram crime police SI, G Sanyasi Rao and Pusapatirega SI, K Balaji managed to nab the duo.

Police sources said that the duo were attempting to decamp with Rs 4 lakh worth jewellery when they were nabbed. The burglar duo are residents of Talada village in Santhakaviti mandal in Srikakulam district.tnn
