CAT Cuttack bench closed for summer vacation

Cuttack: The Cuttack Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) was closed till June 14 for summer vacation.

The court will reopen on June 17, the CAT said in a notification.

The tribunal was closed from May 20. As June 15 and 16 are the weekend holidays, the court will reopen on June 17.

However, the vacation bench will dispose the urgent cases during the summer vacation.

The holiday bench of judicial member SK Mishra will hear the cases on May 30, June 6 and June 12.

The registry of the tribunal will receive applications of urgent nature only between 10.30 am and 1.00 pm during the aforesaid vacation, the notification said.
