These unsettled individuals wander heedlessly in the city causing traffic issues. They consume tossed pieces and more often than not take cover on galleries of different shops or under the sheds at the transport station.

What in any case, is making frenzy is that many of these disturbed individuals are assaulting neighborhood inhabitants, particularly the youngsters. Thus a large number of them are hesitant to wander out in the avenues.

Local people in any case, are ignorant regarding the whereabouts of these people.
