Class 10 exam: Board registers 8 complaints

A dummy candidate was caught on Saturday during class 10 board exams of the Gujarat board. Official said 8 cases of cheating were registered during the English exam.

Two students were caught cheating in Vadodara, Patan and Anand districts each. One of the two students caught in Patan turned out to be a dummy student.

One cheating case was registered in Navsari, Botad and Godhra-Panchmahal each. A total of 9,48,037 students registered for English subject exam, of which 9,27,208 students appeared.

Dhruvi Dhummad, a class 10 student from CN Vidyalaya who appeared in English exam, said the paper was easy and without bloopers.
