The police found a dead body buried deep in the sand and found out that it was the body of one Pankaj Khaturia who was missing since February 25. His family had filed a missing person report in the police. On this basis police had launched a search and found his dead body. Police was searching for him since the last one month.

The family members of Pankaj told police that he was last seen with his friends. Police called the friends and started their inquiry. They broke down and confessed that they killed Pankaj after they had an altercation with him over some issue. The friends strangulated him to death and buried his body. They did the work so secretively that no one had any idea about it. After finishing the job they returned to their homes and behaved normally as if nothing had happened. Police took out the body and sent it to JLN hospital.

CO of Ajmer South Harshvardhan said that police linked all the facts and established that his friends had killed him. Police arrested them and they admitted killing their friend Pankaj. “Pankaj was in tension two days back before he was missing,” said Puran one of his relatives. It is very unfortunate that his friends with whom he used to move killed him. “We still do not know the issue of quarrel but police will soon find out,” he added. He said that his friends should be punished so that it is a lesson for others not to do such acts.
