Corona cases cross 25 thousand mark in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu: Corona epidemic has greatly affected every state of the country. Meanwhile, with 470 new COVID-19 infected cases in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, this number has crossed 25 thousand. In the new cases, there are 102 cases from Jammu division and 368 from Kashmir. Total 7514 are active in total 25367 infected cases in the state.

There are 1822 cases from Jammu division and 5692 cases from Kashmir division. Meanwhile, six more people died in Kashmir. So far, 478 people have become COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 442 people have died in Kashmir.

In Jammu, 58 infected cases have been reported, in which there are 38 travelers and 20 other cases. In the infected cases there is a PG doctor and a class IV employee from GMC. So far, many doctors and members of other para medical staff have been infected with various units of GMC. Apart from this, 115 from Srinagar, 41 from Baramulla, 30 from Pulwama, 10 from Kulgam, 14 from Shopian, 16 from Anantnag, 31 from Budgam, 17 from Kupwara, 79 from Bandipora, 15 from Ganderbal, 5 from Rajori, 16 from Ramban, 8 cases have been reported from Kathua, 2 from Udhampur, 5 from Samba, 4 from Doda, 2 from Reasi and 2 from Kishtwar. Of the new 470 infected cases, 107 travel cases and 363 other class cases are involved.

Along with this, 372 infected patients got healthy in various hospitals of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday and went home from hospitals. It includes 90 cases from Jammu division and 282 from Kashmir. So far, 17375 patients have become healthy in the state. There are 3856 patients from Jammu division and 13519 from Kashmir division. With this, the cases of corona are increasing continuously in the state.
