Dalai Lama to visit Jamshedpur in December

JAMSHEDPUR: The Dalai Lama will take part in a function to be organised by Jamshedpur Buddhist Society in December this year.


Sources in the society said members of the society met the Jharkkhand CM Raghubar Das and informed him about the Dalai Lama’s forthcoming visit.

The CM assured them all support.

This will be the Dalai Lama’s first visit after the creation of Jharkhand in 2000.
