Death toll continue to rise in Rajasthan

In Rajasthan, the case of coronavirus is increasing continuously. As of half past ten on Wednesday, 595 new positive cases have been reported. Bikaner has the highest number of 115 new cases identified. After this, 107 new cases have come to Dholpur.

According to the statistics of Rajasthan Health Department, there are 14 thousand 103 active cases in the state till Tuesday morning.

While the figure of total positive cases has reached 55 thousand 482. The total number of Covid recovered patients has reached 40 thousand 558 and the total corona positive 821 people have died. As per the figures, 96 from Jodhpur, 38 from Udaipur, 28 from Nagaur, 5 from Sikar, 74 from Bundi, 56 from Ajmer, 17 from Jhunjhunu, 1 from Dungarpur, 33 from Bhilwara, 8 from Barmer, 17 from Chittorgarh cases registered.

Dr. Raghu Sharma, Medical and Health Minister said that more than 30 thousand tests are being done every day throughout the state. The government is constantly going ahead in testing capacity and testing. This is why Corona's numbers are increasing. He said that, the recovery rate in the state is better and the death rate is continuously decreasing. Dr. Sharma said that the intention of the government is that the recovery rate is constantly increasing, and the death rate due to corona in the state can come down to zero. For this, the government is trying everything possible. He told that it was a matter of comfort that in July-August the death rate in the state was 1 percent. Currently the death rate is 1.5 percent.
