Delhi businessman files defamation suit against Esha Gupta

New Delhi: A criminal criticism grievance has been documented against Bollywood on-screen character Esha Gupta by a Delhi specialist after she blamed him for sexual wrongdoing.

Rohit Vig, the Delhi based businessperson, documented the maligning case through Advocate Vikas Pahwa under area 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code in Saket Court, New Delhi.

Prior July 6, Esha in a progression of tweets had blamed Rohit Vig for “assaulting her with his eyes”. The on-screen character had shared different posts and tweets of the supposed episode.

In one such post on her Instagram profile, the entertainer expressed, “About my past post, this person was truly assaulting me with his eyes… because of my security for being more patient than me during the circumstance… does anybody know him? #deardonna.”

Posting an image of the Delhi put together agent with respect to Twitter, Gupta expressed, “The man who thinks gazing at a lady throughout the night n making her awkward is alright.
