Delhi Police arrest Jaish Terrorist In Delhi, Who was connected to Pulwama attack

The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested a terrorist from Red Fort on Thursday, who belongs to Jaish-e-Mohammad terror group. The arrested has been identified as Sajjad Khan. Delhi court sent Terrorist Sajjad to NIA custody till March 29.

The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested a terrorist from Red Fort on Thursday, who belongs to Jaish-e-Mohammad terror group. The arrested has been identified as Sajjad Khan. Delhi court sent Terrorist Sajjad to NIA custody till March 29.

According to the police, Sajjad Khan was in contact with the mastermind of the Pulwama attack, Mudassir Ahmed Khan. It has been found that before the Pulwama attack he moved to Delhi. In Pulwama attack more than 40 CRPF personnel has been killed.

Police said that two brothers of the terror suspect Sajjad Khan were also linked to Jaish-e-Muhammed, who had already been killed by the army in the encounter. According to Special Cell's Deputy Commissioner Pramod Singh Kushwaha, the terrorist Sajjad was tasked to make sleeper cell in Delhi for Jaish-e-Mohammed.

It is believed that Mudassir Ahmad Khan was killed in an encounter on 11 March. Mudassir Ahmad Khan arranged for vehicles and explosives used in the Pulwama terror attack. Suicide bomber Adil Ahmed Dar, who blew his explosive-laden vehicle in front of the bus in the CRPF convoy on February 14, was in constant contact with Mudassir.

Investigation has shown that Sajjad was using fake numbers using an app to contact Mudassir and Pakistani terrorist Yasir.
