Detergent found at paneer producing unit in Karauli

JAIPUR: Detergent for washing woollen clothes was found from a unit producing adulterated paneer from Masalpur Chungi of Karauli district on Tuesday. Health department’s state nodal officer ( food safety ) Dr Sunil Singh said, “The owner was mixing detergent used for washing woollen clothes in oil. Also, we found milk, which does not have any fat content in it.

The owner was found mixing all the items to produce adulterated paneer.” The owner didn’t have a food licence. The health department team destroyed all the items.
