Discharged from hospital; shifted to Shahjahanpur jail: Chinmayanand

Lucknow: Hours after his bail request was dismissed by the area court in Shahjahanpur, previous Union Minister Chinmayanand was released from the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) late Monday night and sent back to Shahjahanpur prison.

Two days after his capture September 20, Chinmayanand was moved to the clinic after he griped of hypertension and chest torment.

Afterward, he whined of urinary issues.

After he went through seven days in the cardiology ward of the emergency clinic here, the specialists said his condition was ordinary. The 73-year-old pioneer’s bail supplication was denied before Monday.

Prior Monday, the locale court in Shahjahanpur rejected the bail use of Chinmayanand and the law understudy who had blamed him for sexual wrongdoing.

Chinmayanand has not been accused of assault. Rather, he has been charged under a sub-area of the assault law for “abusing expert for sex.”

The law understudy also was captured a week ago on coercion charges and is in prison, by and by.
