EC observers for five North Bengal districts

KOLKATA: With Cooch Behar and Alipurduar going for the polls on April 11, the election commission will send three police observers for five districts.


While Rajesh Kumar Singh will look after Raigunj, Ashoke Kumar Das will take care of Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling and Vinod Kumar will be responsible for Cooch Behar and Alipurduar.

Apart from three police observers, the commission also sent six general observers.
