Engineer's mobile rings between meeting, collector ordered to charge fine

Morena: A strange incident has come to light in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, ringing the bell of a sub engineer's mobile phone during meeting cost him dearly. In the middle meeting, the top officer was annoyed by the ringing of the engineer's mobile and for this he was fined Rs 500.

The engineer will have to deposit the amount of the fine in the red cross. It is being told that there are instructions to keep the mobile phone in silent mode in the meeting, so that no disruption occurs during the meeting.
