700+ Marks- It is difficult to score more than 700 marks in the NEET exam. This is considered an extraordinary score range. With 720 marks, one can get admission to prestigious government medical colleges like AIIMS, JIPMER, Lady Hardinge, Maulana Azad Medical College, and Seth GS Medical College.
650-700 Marks- 650-700 marks are also considered excellent scores in the NEET UG exam. Candidates scoring marks in this category can get admission to government medical colleges of the state. But this range also requires a lot of hard work.
550-650 Marks- This is considered to be the most competitive score range. With these marks, one can get a seat in a good government medical college in the second or third phase of counseling. However, SC/ST/PWD category candidates with a score of 550 are likely to get a higher rank in NEET 2024.
Less than 550 marks- This is the lowest score range of NEET. It is difficult to get admission to a government medical college with such a low score. However, one can get admission to MBBS course at some private medical colleges. This score is considered best for SC/ST category candidates.
