UPPSC APS Application 2023: Work news for candidates waiting for Uttar Pradesh government job opportunities. The short notification for recruitment to 328 vacant posts of Additional Private Secretary (APS) under the Government of Uttar Pradesh was recently released by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. The application process for Additional Private Secretary Examination-2023 is being started by the Commission from today i.e. Tuesday, September 19. Candidates can apply through the online application form to be made available soon on the official website of UPPSC, uppsc.up.nic.in. The last date for application has been set as 19 October 2023.

Candidates should note that during the application they will also have to pay a fee of Rs 125. Candidates will be able to pay the fee through online means. However, the fee for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories who are natives of Uttar Pradesh is Rs 65 and for PWD candidates it is Rs 25 only.

To appear in the Additional Private Secretary Examination-2023 of Uttar Pradesh State Public Service Commission, candidates must be graduates from a recognized higher education institution. Also, candidates must have a shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and a Hindi typing speed of 25 words per minute. Apart from this, candidates should have obtained a certificate course in computer from DOEACC.

Candidates age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st July 2023. This means that the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2 July 1983 and not later than 1 July 2002. However, the maximum age limit for disabled persons in the state has been fixed at 55 years (cut-off date 2 July 1968).
