Rajasthan: Those working for 25 years in Rajasthan will get full pension, new rules will be applicable from July

Given the assembly elections to be held in Rajasthan after about five months, the Ashok Gehlot government is trying to please every section. In this series, now to help the vote bank of government employees, the Gehlot government has decided to give the benefit of a full pension to the employees who take voluntary retirement after completing 25 years of service.

Amendment to State Civil Service Rules

The amount of this pension will be the same as the employee would have received on retirement. For this, the state civil service rules have been amended. In the cabinet meeting chaired by CM Gehlot on Tuesday, it has also been decided to give a 10 percent additional pension allowance to retired employees above the age of 75 years. This decision will be applicable from July this year.

The benefit of family pension to son and daughter

Along with this, the government has decided that if an employee or a retired employee taking a pension dies, then his disabled married son and daughter will get the benefit of a family pension, but the disabled son and daughter's monthly income is more than 12,500. That shouldn't happen. For this, they have to give an affidavit.

The decision to increase the salary

These rules will be applicable from April this year. It has also been decided to increase the special pay given to the employees from time to time. The concerned officers will be able to decide how much will be the increase.
