Bhairavam plot

The film delves into how the bond between three childhood friends starts to fall apart when their loyalty comes under strain. It begins with Vedurupalli Venkateswara Rao, a minister, being briefed by his personal assistant about the Varahi Amma temple’s 75-acre land located in Devipuram, East Godavari district. The PA also mentions that the land, donated by an NRI named Ravindra Varma, now holds a market value of Rs 1000 crore.

The cast of Bhairavam includes Sai Srinivas Bellamkonda, Manchu Manoj, Aditi Shankar, Nara Rohith, Divya Pillai, Jayasudha, Ajay, Vennela Kishore, and Anandhi. The film features cinematography by Hari K. Vedantam, editing by Chota K. Prasad, and a musical score by Sricharan Pakala. Backed by producer K.K. Radhamohan is produced under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner.

Helmed by Vijay Kanakamedala, known for Nandi, Bhairavam is a Telugu remake of the Tamil movie Garudan.

Bhairavam box office collection

Bhairavam opened to an average response at the box office, earning about Rs 2.75 crore net across India on day one. Although it saw comparatively better numbers in regions such as Nizam and Ceded, the film struggled to recover its production cost of Rs 35 crore. Its total global gross reportedly settled at around Rs 19 crore.
