General Hospital spoilers: Trina blindsided by Kai's betrayal

Instead of standing by her, Kai decided to share private details with Drew (Cameron Mathison) about what he heard at Trina’s place. That includes the news that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is digging into the escort incident—the same night a drugged congressman partied with Jacinda.

Kai believed he was doing the right thing by supporting Drew, someone who has shown him kindness. But in doing so, he picked a side—and it wasn’t Trina’s. Will this choice mark the end of their relationship?
