In an interview with Pinkvilla, Parineeti explained that she feels some actors and directors have easier access to work opportunities because of their connections, which she says is different from nepotism. She expressed frustration that talented individuals may miss out on opportunities simply because they're not part of certain circles or favourites in the industry.

She said, "I only have my talent, so the day that changes, I think I'll be able to do all the work that I dream of doing."

Parineeti emphasised that she relies solely on her talent and doesn't have influential people advocating for her to get roles.

She believes that if opportunities were solely based on merit, she'd have more chances to pursue the roles she dreams of.

When asked about possible solutions to this issue, Parineeti acknowledged that speaking out about these problems can be risky for actors.

She stressed that she hopes to be given opportunities based on her work rather than having to form fake relationships to advance her career.
