When Emraan Hashmi Talked About His 'Serial-Kisser' Image

A significant figure in the Bollywood film business, Emraan Hashmi has worked on a number of fantastic films, including Murder, Jannat, Raaz 3, and many others. Emraan Hashmi now has turned a year older. As we all know, he has been given the tag of a ‘serial kisser’, the actor had talked about the same a while ago, so let's recall what he said.

Why Emraan Hashmi Stopped Doing Kissing Scenes In Movies

He told Bollywood Hungama,  "It’s the voice of my wife and I listen to that. I haven’t added any kissing scenes in my films. In fact, from the beginning I wanted to tone it down in films, but an image of mine was created and a lot of producers took advantage of that."

He continued, "It became a staple thing to please the audience. When I see my films, I honestly feel that in some places those scenes weren’t required, but it was an awakening for an audience also. It was a lead for cinema, but I received the flak."

When asked about his wife’s reaction to his 'kissing scenes', Emraan said that she was worried. "Of course she did, but not anymore, because I don’t do those kinds of scenes anymore", he added. Emraan then also said that he did a kissing scene in, 'Showtime'. He continued, “She (His wife) hasn’t seen the show yet. So, she might feel worried after watching it."

Emraan Hashmi Talks About Jannat Franchise

During the exclusive interview with HT City, he said, "I would love to do that, probably old wine in a new bottle. The makers (Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt) have to come together again to make it happen, which I unfortunately don’t see happening. It’s a team, right? If by some stroke of luck or miracle that happens, it will happen."
