The judicial magistrate's court granted bail to alleged mastermind Javed Mohammad alias Javed Pump, arrested in connection with clashes, arson, and violence between police and the public at Atala and several places after Friday prayers on June 10. This decision was given on the arguments of advocate Shamsul Islam of Advocate Manch. As per the bail order, the police could not produce any criminal record of Javed Mohammad despite giving them time. In the FIR filed under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, Javed Mohammad was accused of trying to disturb the peace of the city by writing a post on Facebook.

His lawyer argued that through Facebook and WhatsApp, Javed Mohammad had appealed to the citizens of the city to let the Muslim society live in peace and not to take the law into their own hands. A total of five cases were registered in the police station.

His lawyer argued that Javed was at home for the whole day on the day of the incident. A day before that, he was with the police and administrative officials. There is no criminal case against him. During the period of his imprisonment, in July, the District Magistrate Prayagraj imposed Rasuka on him. Javed Pump is currently lodged in Deoria Jail.

On June 12, the house registered in the name of Javed Mohammad, in the name of his wife Parveen Fatima, was bulldozed and on June 10, his wife Parveen Fatima and daughter Ruqaiya Fatima were kept in the women's police station for three days without an FIR warrant. Gone.
