My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2 Confirmed For 2026 Release

Following the broadcast of the final episode of its first season, Toho released an announcement video revealing that My Hero Academia: Vigilantes will be getting a second season in 2026.

The first season of the anime, which was animated by Bones Film, ran for 13 episodes. Crunchyroll, which streamed the first season of the anime, will also be streaming the second season on their platform.

In addition to the announcement video, a new teaser visual was also released for the upcoming second season of Vigilantes anime.

The visual features protagonist Koichi, along with Knuckleduster and Pop☆Step. Additionally, Scarred Man is also present in the teaser visual. Check it out below:

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes‘ anime started airing on April 7, 2025.

Kenichi Suzuki (known for his work in JJBA and Cells at Work) directed the series. Other prominent staff members included:

  • Music Composers: Yuki Hayashi, Shogo Yamashiro, Yuuki Furuhashi

Written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes starting serializing in Jump GIGA in August 2016. However, it was transferred to Shueisha’s digital imprint Shonen Jump+ later that year.

The series came to an end in May 2022 with its chapters collected into 15 tankobon volumes.
