Ingredients for making curd potato
Curd - 350 grams
Potato - 4-5
Desi Ghee - 2 tsp
Cashew Powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger finely chopped - 1 tsp
Tomato chopped - 1 (optional)
Green chilies chopped - 2
Green coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

Curd potato recipe
-To make Dahi Aloo Sabzi, first take the potatoes and boil them in the cooker. After this, take out the potatoes and peel them off and cut them into small pieces. Now take a mixing bowl and add curd in it and beat it well. Now add red chili powder, rock salt, cashew powder to the curd and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Keep this mixture aside.

-Now put desi ghee in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add cumin seeds and crackle it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add chopped ginger and fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. After this add finely chopped green chilies and chopped tomatoes and cook it. Let this also cook for about two minutes. After this, put chopped potatoes in this mixture and mix it well with the help of a ladle.

-Now let the vegetable cook for some time, during this keep stirring the vegetable. When the potatoes are lightly fried, take them out from the pan and add curd mixture to it. Now put the wok once again on the gas on low flame and add water according to the amount you want to thin the vegetable. Cook the vegetable for 2 more minutes. Your delicious curd potato curry is ready. Serve it garnished with green coriander leaves.
