Necessary ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower (grated with water squeezed out)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-green chili (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- Ghee for baking
Recipe
- Knead the wheat flour by adding oil, salt, and water. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add ginger-green chilies.
- Add onions and fry on high heat.
- Add grated cabbage and fry on low flame.
- Now add salt, all the spice powders, and lemon juice and mix well.
- Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll them by filling the cabbage mixture.
- Apply ghee and bake the paratha from both sides.
- Serve hot parathas with green chutney and mango pickle.
