How to make Mirchi Vada

Step 1 - First of all take long and thick fresh green chilies and slit them in the middle.

Step 2 - Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, and coriander leaves to it and mixes them all well.

Step 3 - Now take the prepared stuffing and stuff it inside the chilies cut from the middle. Along with this, dip the stuffed chilies in a gram flour solution. (Prepare gram flour by mixing gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, and water.)

Step 4 - Now fry the gram flour-coated chilies. Your flavourful Mirchi Vada is ready. You can serve it directly.
