Ingredients for Peanut Chaat
-Peanuts - 3 cups
-Onion finely chopped - 1
-Tomato finely chopped - 1
-Green chili finely chopped - 1
-Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
-Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
-Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
-Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
-Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
How to make Peanut Chaat:
-To make Peanut Chaat, first take peanuts and clean them. After this, take a cooker and put peanuts and 5 cups of water in it. Put turmeric powder and salt in it and keep it on medium flame to cook. When 5 whistles come in the cooker, then turn off the gas. When the cooker cools down, open its lid and filter the peanuts through a sieve and keep them aside in a bowl.
-Now add red chili, roasted cumin seeds to the boiled peanuts and mix them all well. After this add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chili and mix it.
