State Bank of India
The government on Monday appointed Vinay M. Tonse as the Managing Director of the lender until November 30, 2025.

L&T Technology Services
The engineering services provider has collaborated with Nvidia to develop AI-enabled, software-defined architectures for medical devices focused on endoscopy, which will enhance the image quality and scalability of products.

ABB India
The electrical equipment maker has signed a strategic partnership with Titagarh Rail Systems to supply propulsion systems for metro rail projects in India.

DB Realty
Promoter group entity Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP sold more than 5% stake for Rs 145 crore through the open market last week.

IIFL Finance
CRISIL Ratings has upgraded its outlook on IIFL Finance’s long-term debt instruments to “positive” from “stable”, reflecting the strength in its market position of the group and the sustained improvement in the profitability of the company.

The stock exchange will invest an additional Rs 79 lakhs in India International Clearing Corporation by subscribing to its rights issue.

Karnataka Bank
The Mangaluru-headquartered private sector lender has entered into a strategic corporate tie-up with HDFC Life Insurance to offer life insurance products to its customers.
