NEW DELHI: The highest offer at Indian Institute of Management (IIM Indore) this placement season stood at Rs 89.25 lakh per annum, an increase of 41% from last year. The highest domestic offer on campus also increased by 23% to Rs 40.5 lakh per annum. The average CTC for the top 50 offers is Rs 30.04 lakh per annum and at Rs 28.47 lakh per annum for the top 100. The median salary for the graduating batch was Rs 19.4 lakh per annum. IIM Indore achieved 100% placement with offer letters in the hands of 607 students.

More than 200 recruiters, including 57 first time recruiters, visited for several roles across multiple sectors for both the Post Graduate Programme as well as the 5-Year Integrated Programme in Management. Finance, Consulting and Sales & Marketing were the most preferred domains. Recruiters in the finance domain included Aditya Birla Capital, Axis Bank, Barclays, Bank of America Continuum, Credit Suisse, CRISIL, Deutsche Bank, DHFL Pramerica, Edelweiss, Fidelity Investments, offering roles to 26% of the batch, the institute shared. Consulting continued to be a much sought after domain with 27% of the batch opting for consulting and strategy roles with recruiters like Avalon Consulting, Bain Capability Centre, Boston Consulting Group, Cognizant Business Consulting, Deloitte USI, Ernst & Young, etc, lining up. McKinsey also visited the campus after skipping placements in the previous years.
