Intern hiring is especially popular among startups; in fact, 85% of the employers hiring interns through Internshala are startups and SMEs,” Sarvesh Agrawal, founder and CEO of Internshala, told ET.
“This huge upsurge poses great possibilities for internship seekers in India. With the increased demand for internships among students from all educational backgrounds, the industry is also coming through with exciting learning and interning opportunities. Prospects look good for students in 2020 as the trends suggest a continuous increase in internship numbers in this decade,” he added.
