West Bengal HS 2024 Results: WBCHSE to declare Class 12 results tomorrow. Check time, direct links

The board of the West Bengal state will announce the results of the Higher Secondary examinations tomorrow. As per reports, the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education ( WBCHSE) will declare the results of Class 12 at 1 pm in a press conference.

The results of WBCHSE will be made available online via two websites -
wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.

However, note that there will be around a two-hour gap between the declaration of results and their availability on the above-mentioned websites. As per reports, though the board will declare the results around 1 pm, on the WBCHSE website, the results will be available around 3 PM.

Around 8 lakh students, who appeared for the exams this year, will be eagerly waiting for the board to announce the results.

  • Visit wbchse.wb.gov.in or wbresults.nic.in
  • Click on the WB HS Results 2024 link
  • Enter required details on the subsequent page
  • Click submit to check the results.
  • Students are advised to keep a printout of the results for future reference.

    Meanwhile, the board has said that the hard copies of the marksheets and pass certificates will be available from May 10. You can collect those from about 55 distribution centers and from four regional offices.

    In the previous academic year, the Class 12 results were declared on May 24, 2023. Among the results, 2,73,580 students secured over 60% marks, with 52,878 students surpassing the 80% mark threshold. The list of toppers, comprising students who clinched the top 10 ranks, included a total of 87 students.

    West Bengal Board HS Grading System:

    Along with the scores, the West Bengal board also announces grades for students. Those who get 80 to 100 marks, get A+ (Excellent) grade. Grade A (Very Good) is given for marks between 60 to 79, B (Good) grade for marks between 45 to 59, C (Satisfactory) for 30-44 marks, and D (Disqualified) for marks below 30.
