Robbie Williams to perform at King's Sandringham royal estate. When and where to get tickets

It has been announced that pop megastar Robbie Williams is going to headline the first significant live music event at the royal estate of Sandringham next summer. Additionally, a handful of "special guests" who have not yet been revealed will perform alongside the 48-year-old artist on August 26.

Giles Cooper of Heritage Live said this about the event: “It’s been an ambition of us all at Heritage Live to stage a concert for the legendary Robbie Williams and the thing about Robbie is that he keeps getting better and better.”

"His 2022 Arena tour show was the best I’d ever seen him perform and for me he’s the best entertainer since Elvis. It will be the most magical concert in the most amazing surroundings that’ll live in our memories for ever," he added.

Following an eight-stop arena tour in October in response to the release of his well-liked compilation album "XXV," which featured the most recent version of his 1997 hit song "Angels," Williams will perform in the open air this weekend.

Williams, who left the boyband Take That in 1995 to pursue a solo career, has reached a significant milestone in his illustrious career of 25 years as one of the most celebrated musicians in the world with 14 UK number-one albums.

Although the royal estate has previously hosted a number of events, such as the mile-long Luminate Sandringham outdoor path during the holidays, the performance will be the first significant live music performance to be held there.

In keeping with tradition, the King will spend Christmas Day this year at Sandringham, the Norfolk estate where the Queen once frequently hosted her family throughout the season. The King and the Queen Consort are expected to be joined by members of their extended family as they celebrate their first Christmas after the Queen's passing.
