Toyota announces special customer care campaign for flood-affected region in Patna

It is also accelerating the special parts supply procedure for swift repairs of flood-affected vehicles. (Representative Image) New Delhi: Toyota has announced the launch of its special customer care initiative for flood-affected regions in Patna, the Japanese automaker has informed in a release.


The company is taking the support of various insurance companies to facilitate spot insurance surveys at locations of affected customer vehicles, offering speedy clearance of insurance claims, as claimed in the release.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has joined hands with its dealer partner in Patna Budha Toyota for the initiative. It is also accelerating the special parts supply procedure for swift repairs of flood-affected vehicles.

As part of the initiative, Toyota is also offering a roadside assistance program, through which the customers can also avail free of cost towing facility to the dealership.

The auto company has started a dedicated helpline number 92636 39658 to offer assistance and answer queries from the affected customers.
