Are TV actors Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi getting engaged?

TV actors Kushal Tandon and Shivani Joshi were together in the show ' Barsatein Mausam Pyaar Ka ', which ended its run in February 2024. While the actors' chemistry was quite visible on-screen and loved by the audience, buzz is that off-screen too the actors are much in love.

Their dating rumour was disclosed by a source close to the actors.

The source who told News18 that Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi met and fell in love on the sets of 'Barsatein', which they started shooting in July 2023. And since then, Kushal and Shivangi are quite inseparable. The actors are said to be in a "serious relationship " and they might even make it official soon.

The source said, “Shivangi and Kushal developed a liking for one another when they used to shoot for Barsatein. They are now dating and are serious with each other. They are also planning to get engaged soon."

However, both Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi haven't spoken about their relationship yet. “Both of them are very private people and therefore, want to keep their relationship away from the public eye. They might announce their relationship when they feel the time is right,” the source further told News18.

Kushal Tandon is 39 years old while Shivangi Joshi is 25, and so the rumoured-couple is said to have an age gap of roughly 14 years! While having a huge age-gap might be concerning for some, such relationships do tend to work out for others. Many celebs across the world have had successful age-gap relationships, be it Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan or Amal Alammudin Clooney and George Clooney.

Kushal Tandon was earlier linked to Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauhar Khan . The duo had met inside the Bigg Boss 7 house and dated each other for a year, before calling it quits. Gauhar is now married to Zaid Dabar and the couple is blessed with a baby boy.

Meanwhile, in 2022 Shivangi Joshi was rumoured to be dating fellow actor Randeep Rai , who was her co-star in 'Balika Vadhu 2'. But both Shivangi and Randeep never admitted to the rumours and called each other to be "just friends".
