After 'Rathnam' trailer, Vishal reacts to the trolls

Actor Vishal was last seen in the Tamil film ' Mark Antony ' which grossed more than Rs 100 crore at the box office. He will now appear on the big screens with the action drama ' Rathnam '. The film marks the actor's 34th film, helmed by Hari . The movie is set for its release in theatres on April 26 and starting with the promotions, the makers have launched the trailer.

Following the trailer which was released two days back, many trolled the actor with a video that was shared on MGR'S anniversary from the film sets. In a recent interview with the YouTube channel, the actor revealed that whatever he does, there will be tollers and said that many will think that he is only pulling a stunt. The actor also addressed the issue of people trolling him about the manner in which he prays. The actor said that he prays to all gods including Alla and Jesus and said that he does not need to steep down to the level where people are making fun of religion.

The actor noted that he was trolled when he was having food on the sets of 'Rathnam' while he worshipped three religious gods at once before having food.


'Rathnam' is an action film and it marks the third collaboration between the actor and director. The cast of the film includes Vishal, Priya Bhavani Shankar , Samuthirakani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Yogi Babu , Murali Sharma, Hareesh Peradi , Muthu Kumar among others and the music for the movie is composed by Devi Sri Prasad .
