Debadrita Basu's Instagram account deactivated

Debadrita Basu ’s Naboborsho started with a glitch. The ‘Mithi Jhora’ had her Instagram account deactivated. Debadrita took to Facebook to share this piece of news with her fans and followers. The actress wrote, “Hello guys!! My Instagram account has been deactivated because of a weird technical error. Having contacted Meta to help me retrieve my account, I am awaiting a response from their local team and hoping that they will help me recover my Instagram so my fans and audiences can enjoy my content again! Until then I will be posting for you guys here! If you want, you guys can get in touch with Instagram about my account too.”

ETimes spoke to Debadrita regarding the matter and the actress said, “As far as I can understand, this happened because of some copyright issues . There are so many fan accounts, they keep uploading clippings, and scenes from my show. They make memes and tag me. I think I have approved some of them hastily. That’s why the copyright issue happened. But thankfully, Meta verified my Facebook profile right on that day. So at least, now I can share updates from the verified account.” Debadrita told ETimes, “I have mailed Meta about the whole issue and they have informed me that they’re doing their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. But I still don’t have any timeline of when I can receive the resolution. I’m just waiting to get back my Instagram profile.”

On the romantic front, Debadrita has been dating her ‘Alor Theekana’ co-star Rahul Dev Bose for quite some time now. The couple made their relationship ‘Instagram official’ while wishing their fans on Bijaya Dashomi last year. Since then, the couple have shared multiple photos of them together. Debadrita and Rahul recently celebrated Eid and Naboborsho with stunning photoshoots. Debadrita told ETimes, “We love providing content to our fans. It makes us happy as well. We have plans to keep doing these shoots for all the festivals across different religions so that none of our fans feels left out.”
